Biography
Oh Young Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are litigations, construction and real estate.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Lee served as a judge at the Seoul District Court, Cheongju District Court, Daejeon District Court, Incheon District Court, Seoul Central District Court, Seoul High Court and Seoul Western District Court, and a presiding judge at the Ulsan District Court, Suwon District Court, Seoul Northern District Court and Seoul Central District Court. In particular, while working the construction department of the Seoul Central District Court, he handled various lawsuits on real estate and construction issues, and co-authored Handbook on Practices of Construction Trials and Manual of Construction Appraisal. Based on the legal expertise and practical insights in the construction and real estate sectors that he obtained during that period, he now effectively resolves complicated construction-related disputes.
