YOON&YANG

Yoon Chang Kim is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and he provides practical legal advice on corporate affairs and finances, including investigations and inspections of unfair trade practices in the financial sector and business-to-business transactions.
Mr. Kim graduated from Korea University Business School and started working at the Securities Supervisory Board (presently the Financial Supervisory Service). Afterwards, he obtained his master’s degree at George Washington University and worked for the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS). Mr. Kim filled various posts at the FSS including Manager of Unfair Trade Practices Investigation Team, Securities Examination Department and Stock Market Team, and Deputy Director of International Supervision Department. In addition, He served as a member of the Department 1 of Economic Affairs at the Transition Committee of the Lee Myung-bak administration and administrative officer and chief administrative officer at the office of the senior secretary for civil affairs and the office of the senior secretary for economic affairs in Cheongwadae. He also served as an information commissioner of the National Intelligence Service.
