Biography
Il-Kwon Jeong is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are corporate law, M&A, finance, construction, and real estate.
Mr. Jeong provides general advice on corporate management, administration, and governance including M&A and corporate restructuring, advice and litigation on management right dispute. He also provides advice and handles litigations relating to finance, including financial investment, collective investment (asset management), capital market regulations, IPO, PEF, PF, and insurance. As a legal advisor to several construction companies, Mr. Jeong handles construction-related advisory services. In particular, he is actively engaged in consulting and litigation on various construction and real estate development projects, including private investment projects (BTL), urban development (planning), housing site development, REITs, redevelopment/reconstruction, and housing associations. Mr. Jeong also provides corporate advisory services to a wide range of organizations, including securities companies, asset management companies, and pension funds.
