Overview
Yoon & Yang’s Real Estate Team offers integrated advice on real estate development or purchase/sales transactions carried out through various forms of real estate indirect investment vehicles—such as real estate investment trusts (REITs), investment trusts, investment companies, special purpose companies, project financing investment companies, infrastructure funds, and real estate funds—that have recently emerged in addition to general real estate transactions, both at home and abroad.
