Biography
Un Su Jung is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include financial and capital markets and IPO strategies.
Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Mr. Jung worked at the Korea Exchange (KRX) where he handled the listing of more than 500 companies on KOSDAQ and KONEX markets, and conducted due diligence on listing eligibility of 40-50 companies each year. For the purpose of supporting the growth of companies, he has participated as a review member of the Trade, Industry, Energy, SMEs and Startups Committee, a legal advisory member of the KONEX Association, and head of the IPO Advisory Group for the Advanced Program of Future Integration Technology (FIP) at Seoul National University.
