Jitaek Chung is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is finance (audit review and company listing).
Mr. Chung advised and litigated for a number of companies including large-sized listed companies in Korea in responding to audit investigations. He also conducted fraud detection investigations (forensics) as required by the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, including large-scale embezzlement issues that garnered public attention. Mr. Chung has extensive experience in advising on such laws as the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, and the Commercial Act related to the preparation, submission, approval of financial statements, business reports, and audit reports and duty of disclosure thereto.
