Biography
Se Hwan Kim is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are corporate law, M&A, compliance, corporate governance, inbound and outbound investment, financial laws, tax advisory and tax strategy, private equity, acquisition financing and real estate financing, etc.
