Biography
Jooik Son is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is antitrust and competition.
Mr. Son provided his service at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) for 22 years, working at various departments that handle major cases or assist deliberations. He possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in unfair support practices and wrongful profit-taking, as well as in areas related to cartel, terms and conditions, advertising & labeling, subcontracts, and adjudication procedures. Since joining Yoon & Yang in January 2017, he has provided legal advice on antitrust laws based on the experience he obtained at the KFTC.
