Bernhard Vogel is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC and has practiced law in Korea for 27 years. His main practice area is providing legal services to German and European SMEs and large entities, as well as Asian companies doing business in Germany or Europe.
Mr. Vogel has a broad understanding of the Korean legal system and authored several books on Korea’s legal system. He provides strategic legal advice on diverse issues, such as corporate and labor laws, labor-management relations, antitrust, criminal defense, investment laws, cross-border transactions, intellectual property protection, etc.
