Biography
Yongtae Cho is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include corporate law, intellectual properties and government-related legislation.
Mr. Cho served in various positions at information-related government departments including the head of Corporate Team, Industry Team, Construction Team, Agri-Food Bio Team, Finance Team, Industrial Technology Protection HQ and the task force for defense industry security. Based on these experiences at the government agencies, he has an in-depth understanding and an extensive network in a wide range of government- and industry-related areas. His capability to strategically respond to complicated legal issues is one of his strengths.
