Hyo Sung Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his practice areas include antitrust and competition, platforms, and mobility.
Mr. Kim obtained his LL.B. at Yonsei University College of Law and his J.D. at Seoul National University Graduate School of Law. Before joining Yoon & Yang , he served as the head of Kakao Mobility's regulatory and legal affairs team and a partner at Yulchon LLC. Mr. Kim has practiced law since 2014 and has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in a wide range of matters related to cartels, mergers and acquisitions, abuse of dominant position, unfair trade, corporate governance, and general corporate issues at the level of KFTC and courts. He also has an in-depth understanding of various issues regarding platforms and mobility thanks to his experience in response to regulations and antitrust matters at Kakao Mobility.
