Dongkeun Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are litigation and arbitration.
After earning his B.A. in law at Seoul National University, Mr. Lee has 25 years of experience serving in various positions at the Seoul High Court (presiding judge) and the National Court Administration (public information officer, planning & supervision officer, and judicial policy deliberation officer). While working at the National Court Administration, he contributed to statutory and trial proceeding improvements by handling landmark cases, such as amendments to the Criminal Procedure Act and introduction of the Civic Participation Trial System. In addition, Mr. Lee has accumulated experience and expertise in various criminal, civil and administrative cases during his years serving as the presiding judge at the Seoul Central District Court (criminal panel division), the presiding judge at the Seoul Western District Court (issuance of warrants), and the presiding judge at the Seoul High Court (labor issue division).
