Phil Soo Kim is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are legislative consulting and corporate law.
Mr. Kim handled various legal issues at legal affairs teams of companies, and while serving as a senior assistant at the office of a National Assembly member, he addressed policy issues at a wide range of standing committees, e.g. Public Administration and Safety Committee, Strategy and Finance Committee, Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee, Environment and Labor Committee, Agriculture, Food, Rural Affairs, Oceans and Fisheries Committee, and Special Committee on Budget and Accounts, etc. Further, he was also appointed as vice president of People Power Party’s Advisor Council, member of strategy and planning committee of Yeouido Institute, and head of the legal affairs planning committee under the functional headquarter of the People Power Party for 2022 presidential election.
