Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Mr. Chang served as the head of the Investigation Department of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo Police Station, Cyber Investigation Team Leader and Digital Forensics Team Leader of the Investigation Division and Head of International Criminal Investigation Planning Team of the Foreign Affairs Department at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, Professor and Chair of Cyber Investigation and Digital Forensics at the Police Investigation Training Institute, and Head of the Cyberterrorism Investigation Team of the Cybercrime Investigation Division at the National Police Agency’s National Investigation Headquarters.
