After graduating in the 20th Class of the Korean National Police University, Mr. Cho served as a lieutenant for 9 years at the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency (Police Task Force), Incheon Southern Police Station (Investigation Division), Seoul Bangbae Police Station and Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (Public Safety Division), and the National Police Agency (Investigation Planning Division). He later worked as an Attorney, and an Advisor for Kim Seok-Gi, who is a former police officer and member of the National Assembly.
