Dongju Kwon is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include intellectual property and corporate-related litigations.
Mr. Kwon built abundant first-hand experiences in fact-finding and application of legal principles in the process of handling various cases concerning intellectual properties including patents, trademarks, designs, and trade secrets and corporate-related civil and criminal litigations for more than 20 years as a chief judge and presiding judge. Such experiences enable him to accurately understand major issues that determine results of litigations, which in turn helps him develop logical arguments in consideration of perspectives of judges and prepare and submit relevant evidence. Based on such strengths, he is capable of winning litigations by properly defending the interest of clients.
