Biography
Sang Hyun Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice area is criminal defense.
Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Mr. Lee served as a prosecutor at the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Public Prosecutor’s Office. Mr. Lee has represented clients in cases relating to corporate management activities, such as embezzlement and breach of trust, as well as securities transactions of large financial companies and listed companies, including violations of the Capital Markets Act. He has also handled cases relating to fair trade, including corporate collusion and violations of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, and represented clients or acted as counsel in criminal complaints concerning the infringement of trade secrets or patents. In addition, he has experience conducting objective investigations and reporting on internal corporate matters, including various types of misconduct involving officers and employees.
