Jin Kyu Park is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include energy, industrial security, trade, overseas investment and industrial policies.
Jin Kyu Park is a leading expert in industry and trade who has played a pivotal role in enhancing national industrial competitiveness over more than 30 years in key positions across the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) and the Office of the President, etc. For three years from 2020, as Vice Minister at MOTIE, he led major industrial policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the announcement of the “Korean New Deal” and the “Carbon Neutral Strategy”, while playing a central role in vitalizing key industries such as semiconductors and secondary batteries, and in establishing a global supply chain.
