On December 29, 2016, Yoon & Yang successfully represented MAN Truck & Bus Korea (MAN), a German large commercial vehicle manufacturer in a Supreme Court litigation filed by MAN seeking annulment of the corrective order and the order for payment of a surcharge of KRW 116 billion in total imposed by the KFTC.
